On January 22nd, Drury High School hosted its bi-annual End-of-Semester Showcase, an event that brought the school community together to celebrate student achievements. This much-anticipated occasion featured impressive displays of student work from every course, highlighting the creativity, skill, and dedication students demonstrated throughout the semester.
This year’s End-of-Semester Showcase not only displayed the breadth and depth of Drury's academic and creative programs but also reinforced the importance of community support in fostering student growth and success. Thank you to all who attended and contributed to making this event a memorable celebration of learning and achievement.
Drury High School is proud to celebrate an outstanding basketball season filled with teamwork, determination, and school spirit. Thanks to the hard work, dedication, and athletic talent of our student-athletes, both the boys' and girls' basketball teams earned their way into the playoffs, showcasing their skill and heart throughout the season.
The girls' team advanced to the Elite 8, demonstrating resilience and grit with every game. Their strong team chemistry and commitment to excellence carried them far into the competition. The boys' team made an equally impressive run, reaching the Final Four and delivering thrilling performances that energized the entire school community, right down to buzzer making foul shots.
Although both seasons came to a close in tough matchups, Drury couldn’t be prouder of what these athletes accomplished. Their sportsmanship, perseverance, and passion represent the very best of what it means to be a Blue Devil.
Congratulations to both teams on a memorable season!
